Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Walnut Ridge Bathroom Improvements. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lawrence, U.S. Government Bond or a satisfactory bid bond (on the form provided in the specification booklet) executed by the Bidder and the surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Pennsylvania, as identified in the current department of Treasury circular no. 570, in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid price shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Labor and Material and Payment bond or equivalent as determined by FORM HUD 5369. The HACL solicits and encourages Minority Business Enterprise participation. MBE's will be afforded full consideration of their responses and will not be subject to discrimination. Bidders will be required to comply with HACL's program goal requirement where applicable. The HACL reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the bid opening without the consent of the Housing Authority of the Co. of Lawrence.
