Site work for a mixed-use development in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
This project includes the turn-key design and construction required for an athletic sports lighting upgrade to the utah tech university Greater zion stadium field lighting. This includes all new lighting, lighting controls, and other work required for a fully functioning System. The existing poles shall be retrofitted with new luminaires. No additional poles or fixture mounting location on buildings will be Included. The University is seeking a contractor with expertise in lighting systems for a project at the Utah Tech University Greater Zion Stadium. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on DFCM's bid bond, shall accompany the bid submission. Last Day to Submit Questions: December 10, 2024 4:00 PM Addendum Deadline: Thursday December 12, 2024 4:00 PM Substantial Completion Date: March 28, 2024 5:00 PM Utah Tech University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Utah Tech.
