The project is located near the Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant in Hurricane, UT (located approximately 10 miles northwest of St. George, Utah). PROCUREMENT NOTICE The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will award a contract for a Tri-Axle Dump Truck on or after May 29, 2024 as a non-standard procurement because pursuant to rules adopted by the district under Utah Code Section 63G-6a-802, making the award through a standard procurement process would be impractical and not in the best interest of the district, as set forth in the Procurement Statement.
