This will include a change from an air-cooled chiller to a water-cooled chiller, enclosure/structure for the new chiller, add heat exchanger, upgrade controls, remove and replace water boilers and pumps, etc. This project will need to be phased: Cooling components upgraded and replaced during winter months and the heating components upgraded during the summer months. DFCM Division Facilities and Construction and Management . Professional engineering svcs incl civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning svcs Construction Budget: $2,400,000 plus $450,000 in construction contractor after hours work.
