Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: Complete HVAC replacement for buildings at the Kentucky School for the Blind including new geothermal well field. New work includes all necessary equipment, controls for a complete system. Work will need to be phased to maintain school schedule. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the lump sum base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT.
