The City of South Fulton, (hereafter referred to as “the City), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for a proponent STORMWATER MASTER PLAN (“Contractor”) for the City of South Fulton various projects throughout the city. The stormwater master plan (SWMP) is intended to cover the City of South Fulton (City). The master plan will identify and prioritize necessary and desirable areas of concern, capital improvements, and stormwater operational costs for the City. The master plan will identify modifications or additions to address future stormwater needs. The results of this work will be used to establish a stormwater utility for the City. The City of South Fulton’s Public Works Department is soliciting submissions requesting the following services to be performed on a task order basis by consulting firms to include (but not limited to) concept report preparation and validation, site feasibility studies, utility plans, preparation of displays for public meetings, surveys, and mapping, preliminary construction plans, erosion control plans, structural plans, permit assistance, and final construction plans. Any questions and communications regarding this RFP shall be submitted at online on or before Tuesday, August 27, 2024 by 3:00 PM., ET. The City may waive any technicalities and formalities in this solicitation. Additionally, the City reserves the right to cancel the RFP in its entirety. The initial term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed for four (4) successive one (1) year terms upon written notice by the City under the same terms and conditions. The services to be performed under this Contract shall commence on the effective date of this agreement and terminate absolutely and without further obligation on the part of the City at the end of every Term, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination provisions of this Contract.
