Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
The amount of the Engineer's estimate of the construction costs of said improvements (exclusive of engineering, legal, advertising and miscellaneous costs) is $103,120.00. Upon approval, the Owner will issue payment to the Contractor in the amount of 90% of the contracted value of the completed work as of the end of the preceding month, as recommended by the Engineer. Payment for the balance retained will be issued by the Owner upon completion of the work and approval thereof by the Owner's Engineer, City or Governmental approval when necessary, and acceptance by the Owner. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied, In A Separate Sealed Envelope, By A Certified Or Bak Check Drawn On A Bank Whose Deposits Are Insured By The F.d.i.c. Or An Acceptable Bid Bod In The Amount Of $5,200.00 And Shall Be Payable Without Condition To Sanitary & Imprivement District No. 327 Of Sarpy County, Nebraska As A Guarantee That The Bidder, If Sccessful, Will Execute The Contract And Provide An Acceptable Contract Bond From An Approved Surty In The Amount Of 100 Percent Of The Contract Price. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid For A Period < Thirty (30) Days After The Date Set For The Opening Of Bids. The Owner Reserves The Right To Rejrt Any Or All Bids And To Waive Informalities.
