Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of April 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded sometime in May 7th.** Each Proposal shall be made on a form furnished by GP Architecture, LLC and the City of Bellevue as included in this Project Manual and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid price, made payable to the City of Bellevue, which shall be considered as liquidated damages, and shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue if said Proposal or Bid is accepted, and the Bidder fails to execute the contract and file the required bond as provided in the specifications. Bid Bond must be executed by a duly licensed corporate surety. Checks accompanying Proposals not accepted shall be returned to the Bidders. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to waive informalities, and to reject any, or all bids. Furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment to construct the Stonecroft Park Restroom. All work must be substantially complete by September 20th, 2024.
