Site work for a civil project in Pentwater, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 22, 2024, No Award, Approval should be around August 16th** The project includes the construction of one new well house to serve a newly installed test production well. The well house includes submersible well pump equipment, process piping, valves, chemical feed system, electrical gear, and standby generator. Site work includes, clearing, grading, site watermain, fencing, and all related work. Davis Bacon Act prevailing wages, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Debarment Certifications, Build America Buy America (BABA), 29 CFR Part 5, and Minimum Wage Rates apply to this contract. There are two separate contracts as part of this project that include, the replacement of aged and undersized watermain and installation of new watermain for the community (Contract 1) and lead service line replacement (Contract 3). The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Pentwater reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Pentwater.
