Wastewater Treatment Plant The City of West Liberty will accept sealed bids on several listed surplus items The 2006 Chevy Impala, 2010 Ford Truck and trencher can be examined at the West Liberty Wastewater Treatment Plan at 600 Wells Hill Lane from 7:00AM thru 3:30PM Monday thru Friday. The 2005 Chevy Impala can be viewed at City Hall, at 565 Main Street, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday. The items will be sold as is. The City of West Liberty reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
