Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pentwater, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
*As of July 22, 2024, No Award, Award approval around August 16th* The project includes the construction of approximately 4,635 feet of 12-inch water main and 5,595 feet of 8-inch water main, along with 129 associated water services to be placed from the proposed water main into the house, throughout the Village of Pentwater. The project also includes 770 feet of 14-inch directionally drilled water main underneath the Pentwater channel. Road reconstruction includes approximately 9,255 feet of half-width reconstruction, 70 feet of full-width reconstruction, 3,330 tons of HMA, ADA ramp replacement, pavement markings, traffic control, and all related work. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Pentwater reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Pentwater.
