Work must include, but not limited to the following: The Contractor must furnish and provide materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, administrative support, and specialized expertise for the Fresno VA Medical Center to Modernize Elevators P1, P2, S3, and S4 in Building 1, as per the Statement of Work. Vendor s must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. The SOW, specifications, drawings, and attachments and all details will be published when the Solicitation is posted. The Period of Performance (POP) for this project is estimated to be around or about 395 calendar days or more from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
