Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Williamsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid payable unconditionally to the County of Erie. The Contractor's attention is drawn to the provisions in the General Conditions establishing a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business/Minority/Women Business Utilization requirement for this project. Contractors are advised that by submitting a signed and sealed bid proposal they are agreeing and committing to the SDVOB/WBE/MBE requirements contained in this project. The County of Erie reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. Enclosed please find a copy of the Pre-Renovation Asbestos-Containing Materials, Lead-Based Paint, and Exterior PCB-Containing Materials Inspection Report for the Bell Sports Complex, on the Erie County Community College campus, located at 6205 Main Street in Williamsville, New York.
