The Contractor will be required to work with multiple government agencies, including but not limited to the City of Center Line, Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), City of Warren and City of Detroit. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. This time frame may be adjusted through material agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Center Line. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
