The Buckeye Water Conservation and Drainage District (BWCDD or District) is requesting confidential Qualifications Statements from experienced irrigation heavy civil canal contractors who wish to be permitted to bid on the District's upcoming modernization canals and laterals contracts. District approval of a Contractor's Qualifications Statement is prerequisite to a Contractor being able to obtain and pay for bid documents in order to bid on upcoming or future canal or lateral projects. BWCDD will evaluate Qualifications and then inform selected contractors in writing by June 21, 2024. Once a Contractor's Qualifications Statement is approved by the District and the Contractor then becomes prequalified, unless there is a change of Contractor ownership or financial condition or in the opinion of the District some other disqualifying event occurs, then the Contractor will be allowed to pay and obtain bid documents for the upcoming modernization future canal or lateral projects. The District reserves the right to issue future Qualifications Statements requests and to approve future Qualifications Statements from other Contractors as deemed in the best interest of the District. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to Buckeye Water Conservation and Drainage District.
