Asbestos abatement at Francis Howell North HS: Summer 2024 Project. The project will consist of the removal and disposal of asbestos containing floor tile & floor tile mastic. The work will be coordinated with that of demolition work by others under a separate contract. Proposals will be based on a single lump-sum asbestos abatement price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
