Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. Annual Wage Order #31, as of April 17, 2024, will be in effect for this project. ***Bid Event: Bids will be opened in Room 116 at in the St. Charles County Administration Building, 201 North Second Street St. Charles, MO 63301. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to demolish a structure identified on the BID FORM, attached. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for the demolition and complete removal of structures at this property including but not limited to removal of any septic tank system, wells, cistern, the entire foundation, all concrete including flatwork, all asphalt, or other such items, equipment, and/or facilities; grading and leveling the site; and said areas shall be finished with seed and straw. The contractor will also be responsible for all costs associated with obtaining necessary permits, hauling and dumping fees, and equipment costs. The demolition project will be awarded to the contractor(s) based upon availability and/or expertise and bid amount. Time is of the essence.
