The City of San Marino is seeking a consultant to manage, coordinate, facilitate, furnish and install cameras, associated network infrastructure and power at 2200 Huntington Drive - San Marino City Hall Campus, 1890 Huntington Drive - Crowell Public Library, and 1800 Huntington Drive - San Marino Community Center. Maps and camera locations will only be provided after a vendor has been selected. The pricing for each location will need to be provided in separate quotes. The scope of services will include but are not limited to the following: o 5-Year warranty and licenses for all cameras o Training / orientation for administrative staff related to product operation o Ongoing customer support o Wide dynamic range capability o 4K or higher video quality o IP66/7 weather rating o Capable of image search based on appearance, event, and motion o Provide FIPS-compliant cryptography o Run Cat6 cabling including 0.5 to 0.75 inch conduit, patched into an IDF location using existing panels for each camera. Provide Cat6 cable from patch panel to switch o Ability to add license plate recognition and facial recognition features in the future o Ability to record at the edge o Option of Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) cameras where fixed cameras may not provide full view o Remote control of all cameras o Outline of camera locations, connectivity, and equipment costs o Camera and network extension feasibility assessments for future projects o Video surveillance design for future projects o Equipment, Site Development, Labor, Installation, Project Management & Engineering Services+ Question Deadline 06/13/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Potential Respondents may submit only electronic inquiries or requests regarding the intent and clarity of this RFQ/RFP through the Question & Answer .
