As of August 29. 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 18, 2024 during the Board Meeting. Sewer Facilities Roofing Improvements the Scope of Work Includes the Repair and Replacement of Five Roofs at Facilities Owned and Operated by the Unity Township Municipal Authority. Four Roofs Are Located at the Pleasant Unity Treatment Plant and the Fifth is Located at the Latrobe Airport Sanitary Lift Station. Included Under This Contract is the Repair and Replacement of the Five Roofs as Described in the Contract Documents and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Authority to Guarantee the Bidder's Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. The Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids.
