Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install Energy Star Rated 80-Watt LED Corncob Lamps (or comparable), sockets, bracketing, and conductors. Test and replace non-functioning receptacles on posts, if necessary. City of Washington reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500 per calendar day. Bids may be held by City of Washington for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract. Refer to the drawings for the specific site and work locations. 4.2 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK It is the intent to prescribe a complete project which the Contractor undertakes to do, in full compliance with the Drawings, Specifications, Proposal and the Contract, including the furnishing of all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, and all other means required to construct and complete construction.
