The District reserves the right to reject any proposal and/or all proposals, to make awards as they may appear to be advantageous to the district and to waive all formalities in bidding. All quantities are approximate and therefore no quantities are guaranteed. Quantities required are substantially correct, but the District reserves the right to purchase additional quantities above the stated at the same unit price unless otherwise specified by the bidder.
