The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender for Multi-Year Municipal Drain Maintenance. This multi-year Municipal Drain tender involves maintenance work scheduled for 2024 and 2025. In 2024, the maintenance will cover the Beaver Creek South Tributary (Reach 3 & 5), Snyder Drain, and Winger Road Drain. In 2025, the maintenance will extend to the Thompson Drain and Dr. Cobb Drain. Each drain in this tender will be treated separately and billed with individual payment certificates. The maintenance work for all drains will include brushing small trees and shrubs along one side of the drain, channel clean-out with a low-flow channel along the entire length, and cleaning any culverts within the drain. Each Drain has DFO and NPCA permits with specific instructions to be followed for each drain that will be included. The Town of Fort Erie will not respond to questions submitted in any other manner. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 at 2:00 PM ET The Corporation of Town of Fort Erie may post responses here or may issue an addendum responding to your questions. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $22,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie.
