Redwood Ground Floor Improvements The project entails the demolition and renovation of existing ground floor interview rooms and mailroom area which comprise the majority of the ground floor office area. Work will include fire sprinkler and accessibility needs, the installation of new mechanical units and distribution, and new electrical lighting, switching and distribution. All walls are non-structural. These activities are to be accomplished in a specific sequence in order to minimize disruption to County operations and accommodate work flow. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "B" General Contracting License at time of bid submittal.
