The City of Hamilton invites submission of Bids from qualified Bidders for the Supply, delivery and unloading of Winter Sand and to perform all Work of screening and mixing, sand/salt mixtures to various City of Hamilton locations as and when required by the City, in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The majority of the Work is expected to take place between October 1 to April 30 of each awarded term, however the Successful Bidder shall be prepared to Supply, deliver and unload Winter Sand to various locations within the City of Hamilton throughout the entire length of each awarded term. Unit Prices shall include all freight charges. Award subject to final approval.
