FY25 Chip Seal - The placement of approximately approximately 73,200 SY of Chip Seal and 93,400 SY of Fog Seal in the City of Laramie. This specification covers all materials, equipment, construction, application and post-placement proceduresfor the asphalt chip sealing of existing paved surfaces at the locations designated on the plans and as directed by the Engineer. The work shall consist of an application of emulsified asphalt on a roadway surface followed by the application of graded aggregate embedded in the asphalt.
