This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code 562910 is and the Small Business Size Standard is $25 million. This project consists of dismantling/deconstruction and disposal of a railway caboose car and removal from the Lake Owen Trailhead site and off National Forest lands. The contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to completely remove the railroad caboose.
