As of June 18, 2025, this project has been completed. *Previous solicitation listed below:* The selected firm will be required to lead the City of Laramie's project through design, engineering, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning of the project in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Community Block Grant Voucher award (Attachment A) and all federal requirements. This project is funded by both the EECBG Voucher Program and the City of Laramie General Fund.
