The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is to invite interested Roofing Contractors (“Respondents”) to submit Responses indicating their interest in and qualifications for the Roofing Projects: Roof replacement work at four (4) Acute and Non-Acute sites, including; Langley Memorial Hospital, 22051 Fraser Hwy, Langley Twp, BC V3A 4H4 Ridge Meadows Hospital, 11666 Laity St, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 7G5 Mission Memorial Hospital, 7324 Hurd St, Mission, BC V2V 3H5 Chilliwack General Hospital, 45600 Menholm Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1P7 Project Budget F398-00 LMH Cedar Hill Roof Replacement $1.95M F399-00 RMH Acute Tower West Wing Roof Replacement - $1.5M F400-00 MMH Acute Main and Southeast Roof Replacement - $1.0M F401-00 CGH B and C Wing Roof Replacement - $900K Documents can be obtained from https://fraserhealth.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/80498 All inquiries regarding the RFPQ are to be directed, by email, to the contact person identified below.
