Wright SBW Smith Athletic Park JV (Wright / SBW) on behalf of The Township of Langley invites Request for Proposals for the Work Package 1 Early Works which includes the following scope of work. Erosion and Sediment Control Stripping and Removal of Overburden Material Temporary Haul Roads Cut and Fill Site to Underside of Design Subgrade Elevations Detention Tank The Smith Athletic Park – Youth Soccer Complex project is located near 208 Street and 76 Avenue in the Township of Langley. Phase 1 of this project will include site preparation works, site utilities, access roads and the construction of three new artificial turf playing fields.
