The Board of Education of School District No. 35 (Langley) invites responses from Construction Management firms to qualify for any Modular Capital Construction Projects arising through December 31, 2027. School Modular Projects may include renovations, seismic upgrades, classroom additions and new modular buildings. The School District will confirm receipt of email messages, but not the contents. Respondents should reference the RFIQ# and name in the email subject line. Capital Modular Projects may include renovations, seismic upgrades, classroom additions or new modular schools. Based on the review of the RFIQ Responses, The Board of Education of School District No.35 (Langley) intends to establish a source List of Qualified Construction Management of Modular Buildings firms who, on an "as, if and when requested" basis, may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Contract(s) for the provision of the services. The School District may categorize Respondents into project dollar values or technical complexity, based on evaluation ranking. To qualify, Respondents are to demonstrate they have a minimum 5 years proven satisfactory Construction Management experience in K-12 public sector prefabrication and construction. Additional requirements include financial credibility, ability to establish and maintain good working relationship with the facility/client, and the timely completion of projects.
