The scope of work includes: Replacement of all windows on the building; masonry and concrete repairs; concrete stair replacement and adding a new exterior concrete ramp. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. *All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
