Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Kingston, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The County of Frontenac invites qualified service providers to submit Proposals for the replacement of the booster pump in boiler room at Fairmount Home located 2069 Battersea Rd. Installation is to include: - Engineering and supply Domestic Water Booster System - Installation of booster and controls including low water cut off and alarms - Plumbing and electrical supply requirements - Control wiring needed to work in conjunction with current domestic water supply system and well pump controller. - New isolation valves to be installed on system and any local leaks in service pipe to be repaired upon installation including insulation of piping at location. - Alternate pump capability in case of primary pump failure. - Non corrosive components - stainless steel Manifold/Headers. - Start up and commissioning included.
