The scope includes but is not limited to: New controller New pump and Motor Cab Finish Upgrades and Fixtures Replacement of all major wear components Compliance with current FEO requirements, New machine room HVAC (if required) Miscellaneous electrical upgrades and related work to meet TSSA compliance (grounding, disconnects, GFCI receptacles, lighting levels, guarding, etc.) Installed: 1955 and modernized by ThyssenKrupp circa 2006. Number of Stops: 5 Stops (B, 1, 2, 3, 4) Machine Room Location: Roof (Penthouse) Preferred Schedule: Start Date: Work on site can begin anytime after September 3rd 2024.
