The County of Frontenac (County) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for fire suppression holding tank visual inspection and cleaning at Fairmount Home located at 2069 Battersea Road. The scope of work includes following four tanks: Fire storage Tank #1: Courtyard east tank Fire storage Tank #2: Courtyard west tank Fire storage Tank #3: Front entrance island tank Fire storage Tank #4: Backside parking lot north tank Proponents are required to have access to the following equipment and capacity to perform the following: Vacuum truck to empty courtyard holding Vacuum Tanker to handle water volumes Offloading and processing water waste @ TES facility Plant#1 Kingston Confined space permit and Gear required Confined space crew required Wash Truck Required Consumables required (Tyvek suit, respirator cartridges PPE) Final visual report submitted Fresh potable Water required to refill Tank after visual inspection Question Deadline: Wed Jun 19, 2024 2:00 PM (EDT) Note: All equipment and operators must be included. Must be completed by September 30th 2024.
