This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Sign Reflectivity Inspection and Inventory Update, as further described in Part 2 RFQ Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The City requires approximately 10,000 City owned regulatory and warning signage within the City's road allowance to undergo complete inspections. Inspection is to include, however, not limited to assessing reflectivity, sign text deterioration and deficiencies. The respondent will provide data from the assessment that can be used in the department's asset management software for the purpose of updating existing signage, ensuring all existing signs have been barcoded and are accounted for at their assigned locations.
