Facilities Management and Construction Services ("FMCS"), a department of The City of Kingston ("the City"), invites quotations from qualified respondents to perform the cleaning of Rideaucrest Home ('the Home") air handling units, ducts, and associated cleaning Question Deadline 06/14/2024 04:00:00 PM ET City of Kingston may post responses here or may issue an addendum responding to your questions. Respondents will be met by the City Facilities Management and Construction Services ("FMCS") designate in the lobby of the home at the time noted above. Pay and display public parking is available at the site. This meeting is non-mandatory as the scope and extent of work can be ascertained from the appendix documents. Attendance will be taken. A non-mandatory site visit is recommended so that respondents can familiarize themselves with various constraints of the facility and specific project requirements.
