In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor which provides the best value for the money to provide all construction and related services required at Garrigan Park (located at 196 Yonge Street), Rodden Park (located at 111 Norman Rogers Drive) and Wright Crescent Parkette (located at the southeast corner of 27 Wright Crescent) in the City of Kingston. The Corporation requests Bids for the following work on the Project (the Work), as more fully described in the documents indicated in IB.5: (a) 139 metres of drainage pipes (b) 505 cubic metres of earth excavation (c) 573 square metres of asphalt pavement (d) 152 square metres of concrete paving (e) 97 metres of concrete curb (f) 800 square metres of engineered wood fibre Documents may be obtained at https://www.biddingo.com/ The dead line for all enquires shall be 4:00 p.m. Local Time, Monday, July 15, 2024.
