Description

Renovation of a retail development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

The Idaho Transportation Department will accept sealed bids for Project # FM92410 D9 HQ Sign Shop Roof. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal of the existing mechanically attached single-ply roofing membrane and associated wall, curb and roof penetrations flashings. The existing (2) layers of polyisocyanurate board to remain. Replace all wet or damaged polyisocyanurate board with new. Install new 80 mil single-ply TPO over new ' cover board mechanically attached. A bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, including add alternates, is required. Idaho Public Works license is required at the time of bid opening for all work on this project.
