Estimated Cost: $201,380 Docuement Notes : One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
