The City of Vancouver invites Tenders for the construction of sports field lighting at both Kitsilano Secondary School Sports Field and Hillcrest Mini Field. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Protection of existing trees Protection of existing synthetic turf sport fields Excavation, removal and off-site disposal of excess materials Trenching for electrical conduits Supply and Installation of high-mast precast concrete foundations for sports field lighting and cast in place concrete footing for electrical kiosks Supply and Installation of conduits and wiring Supply and Installation of sports lighting poles with LED fixtures and electrical enclosed closures around the sports fields, with glare shields for both sites. Supply and Installation of lighting control systems and kiosks Controller Integration with booking system (ActivNet) Restoration, installation, and establishment of lawn and planting areas disturbed during construction per the associated details and specifications.
