New construction of a medical facility in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot medical facility.

As of February 28, 2025, construction is expected to start and complete March 2025. All trades have been awarded. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. A 5 % bid bond or a certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on projects that exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidders on all projects that exceed $20,000.00 shall provide the owner a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount. The requirements of the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate Decision No. AR20240019, dated 03/22/2024, which establishes the current prevailing wages are to be included and applied to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.
