Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The equipment generally consists of furnishing and placing into operation a prefabricated sewage pump station(s) complete with 2 submersible pumps, internal piping, lifting chains, guide rails, valve vault and access covers. The manufacturer will deliver the prefabricated wastewater lift station FOB to the jobsite. The City will unload and install the lift station in its dedicated location. The City of Mtn. Home, Arkansas (hereafter “Owner”) has issued a Request for Proposal for a prefabricated wastewater lift station to be installed as part of the Mountain Home SW collection system. The Owner intends to evaluate the proposal and purchase the equipment (if it is within the budgeted estimate for the equipment). The manufacturer is to deliver the lift station to the job site (FOB). A location map is attached. The Owner will accept, unload, and install the equipment. ***Document Notes: Prospective bidders may examine copies of the Bidding Documents at Garver, LLC, on Monday through Friday by calling ahead and making arrangements between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
