The Mountain Home School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide summer mowing services for two designated areas: Hackler Intermediate School and Nelson-Wilks-Herron Elementary School, both located in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of these school properties throughout the spring and summer. Project Locations: Hackler Intermediate School Address: 965 West Road, Mountain Home, Arkansas Total Area: Approximately 13.5 acres Nelson-Wilks-Herron Elementary School Address: 618 North College, Mountain Home, Arkansas Total Area: Approximately 9.8 acres Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: -Regular mowing of grass areas within the designated properties. -Trimming around trees, sidewalks, buildings, and other obstacles as necessary. -Removal of grass clippings and debris from paved surfaces and landscaped areas. -Edging along sidewalks, curbs, and landscape borders.
