Reference Number 0000270937 SUMMARY OF THE WORK The work will consist of providing comprehensive electrical maintenance services and electrical emergency equipment malfunction type calls to the TTC's elevating devices systems for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for one (1) additional one-year period. The Interested Company shall supply and pay for all labour, equipment, and tools necessary for the reliable, cost effective operation and functioning of the elevating systems on a continuous basis, satisfactory and safe conditions for the site occupants, and prolonged life of any equipment or systems comprising the service areas over a period not less than its expected life span. Note that equipment and tools include, but may not be limited to, materials, replacement parts, equipment, transportation and services as required to refurbish, repair and replace any component that may be part of the work during the term of the contract.
