Site work and paving for a civil project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
S. New Mexico Drive Improvements project includes replacement of 841 linear feet of 8" water, 691 linear feet of 10" sanitary sewer, installing approximately 830 linear feet of concrete driveway culverts and 1,800 linear feet of new asphalt paving. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. The successful Bidder must furnish performance, payment, and maintenance bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act as Surety and be acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids. Budget Estimate: $1,400,000.00 Question Deadline 06/11/2024 at 5:00 PM CT
