The City of Lebanon, Tennessee is requesting sealed proposals for cleaning services for the Water and Sewer Building located at 200 Carver Lane, Lebanon, TN. Any questions in regard to this proposal should be directed to Lisa Lane, Purchasing Agent, (615) 443-2802. The intent of this Request for Proposals and resulting contract is to provide the City of Lebanon with information concerning cleaning services. The work covered in these specifications consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies in performance of all operation to provide complete building cleaning services. This agreement shall continue in effect from the date services are to begin August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, but may be terminated by either party by giving a thirty 4 (30) day written notice by registered mail addressed to the other party at the address below its name. This agreement contains all of the covenant and agreements between the City of Lebanon and the vendor with respect to the subject matter of this agreement.
