The Scope of Work for this Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, fuel, tools, transportation and services for on-call concrete repairs to include final saw cutting or grinding, sweeping, pavement markings, and hauling and disposal of spoil, and the installation of concrete at various locations throughout the Districts Service Area. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. All Contractors submitting bids must have the appropriate A General Engineering and C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractors license for the project issued by the State of California at the time of bid and throughout the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid. The District reserves the right to determine which Proposal is, in its judgment, the most responsive Bid of a responsible Bidder and which Proposal should be accepted in the best interest of the District. It is anticipated that Bids will be presented to the Districts Board of Directors for consideration of award on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 for a contract start date commencing on July 1, 2024.
