This document constitutes a request for Sealed bids from qualified offerors for Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, for Ozarks Technical Community College in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of this Invitation to Bid for the length of two (2) years. The offeror hereby agrees to furnish items and/or services pursuant to all requirements and specifications contained in this document, upon either the receipt of an authorized purchase order from Ozarks Technical Community College, or when this document is countersigned by Ozarks Technical Community College as a binding contract. The offeror further agrees that the language of this document shall govern in the event of a conflict with the offeror's proposal. Summary of Work Low Energy Doors are defined as openings that will only operate by a knowing act device. Contractor must use inspection check list provided below for additional scope of work. Preventive Maintenance Inspections Check List For Low Energy Doors Operator Adjustments (ANSI Code Compliant Yes, No or NA) Means of activation Opening time to back check Total opening time Closing time to latch check Latch angle/time Hold open time delay Signage (ANSI Code Compliant Yes, No or NA) Automation Caution Door Activate Switch to Operate Push to Operate Pull to Operate Opening/Closing Force (Power On) (ANSI Code Compliant Yes, No or NA) Opening Force Closing Force Opening/Closing Force (Power Off) (ANSI Code Compliant Yes, No or NA) Force to release latch Force to set in motion Force to fully open 1)Low Energy Door Count: Springfield (approximately 42) Richwood Valley (approximately 8) Table Rock (approximately 4) Republic (approximately 6) Lebanon (approximately 11) Waynesville (approximately 6) 2)See maps on pages 26-46 for door locations. Low energy doors are highlighted in Purple or noted on the map (Lebanon and Waynesville). 3)Contractor must submit individual inspection reports for the low energy door PMs. 4)Successful bidder must be fully knowledgeable of current fire door codes.
