As of August 21, 2024 project was awarded to Traffic Control & Engineering Co, awarded amount is $489,188.50. The Scope of Work Includes the Removal of Existing Signal Poles, Placement of New Mast Arm/strain Signal Poles, Vehicle/pedestrian Signal Heads, Conduit and Wiring, a Controller Cabinet, a Time Clock, an Uninterruptible Power Supply (Ups) Assembly, Radar Detectors, an Acoustic Preemption System, Pavement Markings, Street Signs, Pedestrian Amenities, Traffic Control, and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Borough to Guarantee the Bidders Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids.
