Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the Following Contract: Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 41,635 SY Bituminous Fiber Reinforced Seal Coat and 41,635 SYAsphalt Fog Seal. Bond Notes: Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of Workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Owner Rights: The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
